How Vantix Automation handles personal information sent through this website.
This website is operated by Jayson Tovey trading as Vantix Automation (ABN 36 407 604 239), based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to send us. When you make an enquiry, that is usually your name, email address and message, and optionally your business name, phone number, area of interest and budget range.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How enquiries reach us
The enquiry form sends your details to us through our website’s form service, which stores the submission so we can read it. If you prefer, you can email us instead.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any demonstration or discussion you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Storage and disclosure
Enquiries are kept in our email account for as long as they are needed for the conversation and our business records. Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf to provide those services and may store it outside Australia. We don’t otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.
Server logs
Like most websites, our host may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Interactive demonstrations
The demos on this site use fictional or simulated data. Changes you make are saved only in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or using “Reset demo” inside a demo, removes them. This site also stores a single flag for your current browser session so the loading screen isn’t shown again on every page.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@assetforge.com.au. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll respond. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
